Warranty – Warranty terms
All ENELLAS air purifiers are accompanied by a 3-year warranty during which the service is free. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product, as it is proved exclusively on the basis of the original legal purchase document, e.g. invoice, proof of purchase, excluding any other form of proof.
Ιn case the customers want to use the warranty, they shall contact the authorized service department of ENELLAS at e-mail: service@enellas.com or at the number 697 7183820. Following their contact, they are obliged to present to ENELLAS a copy of the legal purchase document. The transfer costs to and from the ENELLAS service center shall be borne by the customer.
The guarantee is canceled in the following cases:
• Occurrence of defects due to misuse, i.e. use contrary to the instructions for use, violation or incorrect regulation of the product.
• Occurrence of faults caused by unauthorized service intervention.
• Improper installation, mishandling and / or obvious or non-visible damage to the exterior and interior of the product.
• External factors for which the production plant is not responsible (i.e. large fluctuations in the voltages and frequencies of the power supply, frequent power outages, extremely high / low ambient temperatures, etc).
• Damage caused by connection to a voltage other than that indicated on the appliance nameplate and / or to an ungrounded electrical outlet (socket).
Product Return Policy
External – Esthetic Defects
Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to unpack and review the products to confirm the non-existence of any external, esthetic defects. Ιn case any defects are detected, the customer is entitled to refuse the delivery of the product and return it to the distributor, or to state the existence of external, esthetic defects within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery of the product. In case of expiration of this deadline whereas the customer forfeits every right and the esthetic defect is considered to be caused after the delivery. In case of timely declaration, ENELLAS is obligated to proceed to the replacement of the product with another one, without the external, esthetic defect in a short time. In the event of the unconditional receipt of the product, it is considered to be delivered in an excellent state without any esthetic defects.
This term is valid for the delivery of the products to the address determined by the customer.
Product returns at the expense of ENELLAS S.A.
The return of the products is charged to ENELLAS:
In all the cases, to which products other than those sold are delivered, by type or quantity.
In case, at the time of the delivery, the product has an utterly, or for the most part, destroyed package.
In case it is confirmed that the product bears a structural defect (provided the service department of ENELLAS has it confirmed).
In case the package is utterly destroyed, the customer is entitled not to accept the delivery of the product from the start and request its replacement upon communicating with ENELLAS.
In cases of product return at the expense of ENELLAS, the products should be returned in the condition received by the customer in the agreed time.
Any delay on behalf of the customer is only justified for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement under this condition shall be lost.
For all the cases, the return of the product should be accompanied by all the documents that came with it (e.g. Invoice/Retail delivery note, etc.), along with its complete package (unless the defect was discovered after the delivery and the packaging no longer exists or in case the distributors received the package during the delivery of the product). The return of the products at the expense of ENELLAS will be carried out either by the personnel and the means of transport of ENELLAS, or by courier.
Depending on the case, during the return of the products, a reparation or replacement will occur. If the customer legally rejects the above two alternatives, the transaction will be cancelled, provided all the products have been delivered to and reviewed by ENELLAS beforehand. In case of cancellation, the customer’s refund will be carried out the same way their payment was made (i.e. a refund in case the transaction was paid in cash, a debit / credit card debit cancellation in case the transaction was paid by card, etc.) curated by ENELLAS.
In case the products return damaged or incomplete to ENELLAS, the company is allowed to request a compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally in total or partial offset of its claim against the customer.
Returns of products, which are considered dead on arrival (DOA), at the expense of ENELLAS
In case a/some product(s) is/are discovered to be damaged during its / their delivery to the customer (hereinafter referred to as DOA), its / their return will be carried out at the expense of ENELLAS.
In this case, the return of the damaged product(s) shall be carried out either by the customer in the authorized service center of ENELLAS or through the delivery of the product(s), with the delivery expenses being charged to ENELLAS. The means of transport will be of the customer’s choice, after consultation with the personnel of ENELLAS’ e-shop.
The return of the products, which are considered to be damaged during the delivery (DOA), will be accepted within ten (10) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. The product should not have any other defects or damages beyond the diagnosed defect and should be accompanied by all the original documents that came with the product (e.g. Invoice/Retail delivery note, etc.) as well as all its accessories and complete packaging.
In case of the return of the products (DOA), provided they have been delivered to and reviewed by ENELLAS beforehand, a replacement of the item will be carried out with a same device (as for the condition, characteristics, etc.), whereas in case the customer legally rejects the replacement, a refund will take place, the same way the transaction was paid (i.e. a refund in case the transaction was paid in cash, a debit / credit card debit cancellation in case the transaction was paid by card, etc.) curated by ENELLAS.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date of the delivery. In this case he / she will only be charged with the transportation costs of the products.
Returns shall only be accepted, when the products to be returned are in the same condition as they were when they have been delivered, i.e. without being unsealed or their package has been opened, along with the documents, the retail delivery note or the invoice, and the packaging that accompanied the product.
In case of return of the products, the customer’s refund will be completed within three (3) days from the date we will deliver the products and the money will be transferred to a bank account, indicated to us by the customer.
Withdrawal Form
The declaration of withdrawal can be completed in written form or electronically (to the e-mail service@enellas.com service@enellas.com) in a simple form, which should include all the information of the voucher (number, date, name), the description of the product, for which the withdrawal is done, and the contact information of the person behind the withdrawal.

Your name and the code of your order should be specified in the according field of the transaction.
Shipping Methods
Our main partners for the shipping of your orders are ACS and SPEEDEX. However, there is the possibility to work with another courier company, in specific occasions, in order to ship your orders.
After you have placed your order in your cart, you can see the trasportation fees that come with your order. The transportation fees are not stable but change depending on your address and the weight of your order.
Here you can see how the transportation fees are computed:
In Attica: free for orders up to 2kg, 7€ for orders heavier than 2kg
Out of Attica: 3€ for orders less than 1kg, 4€ for orders of weight 1-2kg, 7€ for orders heavier than 2kg
Remote areas: 5€ for orders less than 1kg, 6€ for orders of weight 1-2kg, 10€ for orders heavier than 2kg
In case your product is not in stock, your order will be marked as pending and ENELLAS will contact you to inform you about the availability of your product, the completion or the cancelation of your order.
The address stated by the client must be correct and real. In case the client is not there to receive his/her order or he/she has changed address, he/she is responsible to contact ENELLAS and update his/her address information so that the delivery can proceed. If the client does not inform ENELLAS on time, he/she will bear the additional transportaion costs.
