TRANSFORMING OUR WORLD
In 2015, the United Nations General Assembly agreed to adopt 17 critical goals for the future of the world. The so-called “Sustainable Development Goals” reflect the efforts of all UN member states to respond effectively to current global challenges, such as extreme hunger, poverty, inequality and environmental crisis.
On our part, we recognize that the private sector can play a crucial role in solving these problems and, among the 17 goals, we identify some that are completely aligned with our vision and our corporate goals. In particular, the use of affordable and clean energy, the innovation in production and the promotion of sustainable cities and communities are the main axes that guide the way we work every day.
The technology of our products combines low energy consumption with high efficiency. In this way, energy becomes more affordable for the general public, while its consumption remains at low levels.
